After hearing their cries, their relatives who stay on the same floor rushed for help. One elderly man caught hold of Shebu but he assaulted the elderly man and escaped. Later, the relatives of the victims chased Shebu, and he finally was caught by a mob. The mob thrashed Shebu and handed him over to police.
